Hotel Information

Due to the flooding in Nashville, the 2010 QATC Annual Conference was moved from the Opryland Hotel to the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. This luxurious downtown Nashville hotel is connected directly to the Nashville Convention Center and is located just steps from Music City's top attractions.

As of August 23, the Renaissance Nashville Hotel is sold out over our dates. However, we have secured a block of rooms at a nearby hotel for attendees. Rooms are available for QATC attendees at the Hotel Indigo downtown, which is located at 301 Union Street. The conference rate is $149, and reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at 615-891-6000 or the toll free reservations number at 877-834-3613, and using the group code QAT. The Hotel Indigo is within easy walking distance of the Renaissance Hotel.

Feel free to check availability at other downtown hotels, but rooms seem to be at a premium over our dates and we wanted to be sure there was space for everyone.

Travel Information

The Renaissance Nashville Hotel is located 20 minutes from the Nashville International Airport. Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is approximately $24. QATC will provide transportation to the Thursday evening activity.
